Featuring lakes, a playground, basketball courts and sand volleyball courts, 65-acre Freestone Park also boasts a miniature train, antique carousel and miniature Ferris Wheel geared toward children ages two to 10. It lies at the corner of Lindsay and Juniper Roads between Elliot and Guadalupe Roads.
Park open daily. Rides run on weekends and selected holidays.
Admission to the park is free. Rides require a varying amount of tickets, purchased for $1 each.
